Foundations of Facial Massage: Lymph + Facial Cupping

Just in time for the holidays! Join the party with glowing skin. Learn a quick and customized massage to depuff, firm, brighten and contour your face. We will also explore some unique ways to use the facial cups to free up the large muscles of your face to increase lymph flow. Once you learn this simple sequence, you will have it in your facial tool box to use whenever you are puffy and or feel your skin is lacking vitality.
